You will learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the machine, troubleshoot issues, and accurately record production data. We value reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to improvements.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to use basic tools.
• Ability to read simple instructions and measurements.
• Team player with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and equipment.
• Record production data and interpret work instructions.
• Demonstrate initiative and seek productivity improvements.
