Job summary

The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is hiring three team members for the Bindery Manufacturing Operating Technician role. We will train you to set up, run, and maintain high-speed bindery equipment to produce books, catalogs, and printed materials. This hands-on position emphasizes quality, reliability, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.

No bindery experience required—we train you. Bring mechanical aptitude, the ability to read instructions and measurements, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry is a plus.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Record production data accurately from work instructions.
• Show initiative and seek ways to improve productivity.
