TSG - The Sheridan Group is hiring for a 1st shift bindery operator in Minnesota. You will learn to operate high‑speed bindery equipment, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30AM to 3:00PM and potential overtime. You’ll join a team focused on quality and safety in a factory environment.

No prior bindery experience needed—we’ll train you. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring quality, meeting daily goals, and safely maintaining the workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read measurements and decimals.
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment.
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
