TSG - The Sheridan Group in Vermont is hiring for a Machine Operator on 2nd shift. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and join a team building printed materials for publishers and organizations.

You’ll learn setup and operation, hit daily production goals, and benefit from overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic tool use.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Adjust machines and monitor quality to keep production moving.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain steady production.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
