You’ll learn setup and operation of cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, keep machines running smoothly, meet daily goals, and uphold safety and quality standards in a supportive environment that rewards reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable, team-oriented with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
