TSG - The Sheridan Group in New Hampshire is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), full-time with opportunities for overtime. No prior bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders.

You'll join a team focused on quality and safety on a fast-paced production floor in West Lebanon, NH, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks and benefits after 30 days. Reliable attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or related fields is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read basic instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
