Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to train and run high-speed bindery equipment. The role offers full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

You will learn to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while ensuring quality and safety on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Prides in performing quality work.
• Reliable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
