TSG - The Sheridan Group is hiring 4 team members for 2nd shift in a hands-on machine operator role. You will train to operate bindery equipment, run high-speed machinery, and contribute to daily production targets in a fast-paced print environment.

Eligible employees receive a $2,500 hiring bonus after the training period, with overtime pay and a shift incentive. This full-time position includes benefits after 30 days and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable with good teamwork and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean workspace.
