Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environments.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Reliable team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and setup bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to hit daily production targets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
