Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring Machine Operator for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM), full-time with overtime opportunities. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and meet daily production goals.

You’ll be part of a hands-on team, learn setup and operation of cutters, folders, stitchers and binders, and qualify for a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Competitive pay and benefits follow after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
