Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring four team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. We offer a stable full-time career in print manufacturing, with overtime opportunities, PPE provided, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or related environments.
• Mechanical aptitude with comfort using basic hand tools.
• Ability to read basic instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Strong commitment to quality work and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
