Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire, part of the Sheridan Group, is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a $2,500 hiring bonus. No bindery experience required—we will train you to run high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.

We’re hiring 4 team members to learn, grow, and build a long-term career. Overtime and shift incentives apply, with a strong focus on quality and safety on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and set up bindery equipment with training provided.
• Experience with machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades is a plus.
• Comfort reading decimals, sizes, and basic job instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
