Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift to train you on high-speed bindery equipment. You’ll operate cutters, folders, stitchers and binders while helping keep quality high on a fast-paced line.

We’re building a four-person team and offer training, a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, overtime opportunities, and a 40-hour weekly schedule Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. Join a stable print manufacturing operation with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred but not required.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Take pride in doing quality work and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
