Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). We train you, offer a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, and provide a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing on a fast-paced, hands-on production floor.

You will learn to operate bindery equipment, keep machines running, hit daily goals with your team, inspect output for quality, and follow safety procedures. Overtime is available with a shift incentive.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools.
• Reliable, team-oriented with attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
