Candidates should read work orders precisely, adjust equipment for different paper stocks, and monitor safety and productivity on the shop floor. Overtime and shift details apply as part of total compensation.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and bindery specs.
• Read measurements, distances, and fits for equipment setup.
• Operate and adjust bindery machinery safely and accurately.
• Knowledge of finishing operations for printed materials.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate various bindery machines and finishing equipment.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and monitor throughput and quality.
• Direct crew and coordinate multi-station operation on a single machine.
