RRD Company is seeking a skilled Bindery Operator 3 for the 3rd shift to set up, operate, and monitor a range of binding and finishing equipment. You will lead a crew through production, ensure quality and efficiency, and troubleshoot equipment issues to meet daily targets.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of bindery-related experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods, repetitive motion, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of bindery, folding, collating, and cutting of printed materials.

Responsabilités

• Set up, adjust and operate binding machines.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues.
• Operate finishing equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, etc.).
• Direct crew and monitor quality, output and productivity.
