Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a skilled BIM (Revit – Virtual Design Construction) Modeler to contribute to project delivery and standards. You will generate 3D models for construction sequencing, shop drawings, spooling, pre-assembly, and pre-fabrication, reporting to the BIM team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and 4D/5D workflows, and can collaborate across project teams while adapting to evolving construction sequences and field coordination needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in architectural/engineering/construction or manufacturing with 3D modeling.
• 1 year experience with electrical routing and 3D modeling objects.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Strong communication and ability to work OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models for project delivery and standards.
• Develop sequencing and assembly steps and visualize 4D plans.
• Create BOMs and support pricing and estimating.
• QC review of models before sharing with teams.
• Coordinate 3D model elements with field fabricators.
• Collaborate with project teams on BIM initiatives.
