Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a BIM/VDC Lead to drive the implementation, modeling and coordination of digital construction workflows. You will oversee 3D BIM models, clash detection, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to improve constructability and project delivery.

You will train teams, optimize VDC processes, and coordinate with architects, engineers and owners to ensure accurate information exchange and efficient sequencing on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM implementation on complex projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate across architects, engineers and constructors.
• Proficient in BIM/VDC workflows and training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of BIM processes on projects.
• Develop detailed 3D BIM models and perform clash detection and resolution.
• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders using digital platforms.
• Apply VDC techniques to improve planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Provide guidance and training on BIM/VDC best practices.
