Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator I to coordinate VDC processes and resolve field coordination issues across project teams. This role requires interaction with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage BIM/VDC tools, review models, support design reviews, and help advance Mortenson's Integrated Delivery practices while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field.
• Completion of beginner or intermediate level BIM/VDC software training.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple project tasks.
• Understand construction law and standard business practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms.
• Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases.
• Document work processes to enhance or change current company standards.
• Daily work planning and coordination with project teams.
• Support knowledge sharing within Mortenson's Integrated Delivery Advancement Team.
