Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator I/II to collaborate with a cross-functional team and manage VDC processes using BIM/VDC tools. The role emphasizes flexibility, professionalism, and confidentiality on busy projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing field coordination issues, coordinating BIM/VDC workflows, and maintaining effective communication with project teams from planning through closeout.

Qualifications

• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
• Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies.
• Completion of beginner or intermediate level BIM/VDC software training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms.
• Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction.
• Document work process as it relates to enhancing and/or changing current company process standards.
