Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Designer, BIM/VDC to lead BIM development for multi-disciplinary projects in Malta, NY. You will serve as the primary BIM/VDC contact, guiding model collaboration, automation, and management support for project teams.

Responsibilities include creating BIM Execution Plans, managing model exchanges, maintaining Navisworks federated models, and leading clash detection meetings while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years as a designer or BIM Coordinator or 5+ years in CAD/BIM for AEC/engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Create the BIM Execution Plan with Design Manager and Discipline Managers.
• Manage model exchange within the project governance.
• Maintain Navisworks Federated Model for clash detection and review.
• Lead weekly Clash Detection meetings and resolve issues.
• Configure collaboration accounts and project templates.
