Job summary
Clayco is seeking a dedicated VDC/BIM professional to shape the future of its digital construction practice. You will work at the intersection of design, technology, and construction to improve project delivery through BIM adoption, automation, and smart workflows.
You will collaborate with architects, engineers, builders, and clients to advance visualization, performance analysis, and data-driven decisions across all project phases.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience with VDC/BIM processes.
- Proficiency in Autodesk software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Familiarity with generative design and reality capture.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a BIM subject matter expert and mentor team members.
- Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies into workflows.
- Promote design thinking by aligning tech solutions with project goals.
- Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle to support BIM-enabled delivery.
- Collaborate with IT to support BIM and design tech infrastructure.
