Job summary

Symetri USA is seeking a Digital Delivery Consultant to lead BIM/VDC standards and workflows on large-scale construction projects. You will drive BEP compliance, model governance, and cloud collaboration setup while guiding site teams through design kickoff to handover.

You will mentor staff on Revit, CDE platforms, and digital delivery processes, coordinating across design, engineering, and construction to ensure disciplined, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Proactive BIM/VDC professional bridging program standards and site execution.
• Strong governance of BIM processes across projects.
• Ability to mentor and train teams on digital delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM Management: implement BEP, maintain site models, enforce standards.
• Lead digital delivery end-to-end from design kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate teams across design, engineering, and construction.
• Oversee data tagging, takeoff, and model health checks.
• Serve as liaison between design managers, contractors, and central programs.
• Drive platform adoption and enforce owner standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and onboarding of staff on digital platforms.
