Job summary
SLSCO is seeking a BIM Manager to lead standards, workflows, BEPs, and digital delivery across projects in New York. You will provide technical leadership, coordinate models, and ensure BIM requirements are met from planning through closeout.
The role requires 5+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and strong communication with designers, contractors, and clients. You will manage ACC, templates, and information exchange to support accurate, efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in BIM, VDC or digital delivery
- Experience managing BIM models and coordinating teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction
- Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD
- Experience with BEPs and clash detection
- Public-sector project experience with NY authorities is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and BEPs across projects
- Lead multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection reviews
- Oversee BIM implementation from design through construction and closeout
- Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud and information exchange protocols
- Conduct model audits for QA against client specs
- Administer BIM software, templates, and libraries
- Serve as primary BIM contact for consultants, contractors, and project teams
