Job summary

BIM Engus is seeking a BIM Manager for New York and Florida, with onsite and hybrid options. You will lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance across major AEC projects worldwide.

Responsibilities include driving clash resolution, coordinating across trades, mentoring BIM teams, and integrating BIM with 4D/5D planning while ensuring ISO 19650 compliance. Strong background in construction field coordination and Revit/Navisworks is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supporting construction execution, site coordination & RFIs.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and real-time data collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Eng, Construction Mgmt, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance.
• Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades.
• Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design and construction field teams.
• Integrate BIM with 4D/5D planning and cost insights.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE workflows.
• Support scan-to-BIM, digital twin, and as-built deliverables.
