FlatironDragados is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to drive the integration of BIM and VDC methodologies across our infrastructure projects. The role involves learning advanced digital tools to optimize design, coordination, and construction from concept to completion.

You will collaborate with field teams, develop 3D/4D models for simulations and sequencing, and ensure adherence to BIM/VDC standards to maintain quality and efficiency across projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in the digital build environment in the construction industry.
• Experience in large infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk and/or Bentley 3D/4D software preferred.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with field construction units to ensure BIM/VDC models are accurate and useful.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize 3D/4D models for simulations, design validation, constructability reviews, and sequencing.
• Adhere to BIM/VDC standards for uniformity, efficiency and quality across projects.
• Use BIM/VDC tools to identify design/construction clashes and propose resolutions to the VDC manager.
• Use BIM/VDC models to anticipate risks and suggest mitigations to support project continuity.
• Support business development and preconstruction teams with 3D/4D visualizations and proposals as SME on digital build use cases.
• Maintain knowledge of Flatiron's values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
