Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a VDC Manager I to lead BIM coordination across design and construction phases on projects typically less than $60M. The role blends advanced technology with traditional construction methods to deliver accurate BIM deliverables and drive project success.

You will guide teams through Preconstruction and Construction, manage model-based workflows, and promote collaboration across design partners and subcontractors to ensure schedule and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction.
• 1-4 years of experience in construction industry with minimum 2 years direct BIM/VDC responsibilities.
• Experience with Assemble Systems, BIM360, Lumion, Dynamo, Synchro, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Inventor is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand 2D plans and 3D models from design partners.
• Model missing 3D components as needed.
• Manage BIM coordination on medium-size projects.
• Communicate BIM services clearly to teams.
• Analyze models and adjust for Preconstruction needs.
• Participate in VDC committee meetings.
• Develop new technology workflows for VDC.
