Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CM/CE/Architecture or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within construction.
• Proficiency with 3D modeling and coordination tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders.
• Understanding of project schedules, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction support with model-based quantity take-offs and bid input.
• Develop and maintain 3D/4D BIM models reflecting current design intent.
• Lead trade coordination meetings and resolve clashes with Navisworks/BIM 360.
• Support field teams with layout data and VDC workflows.
• Link models to schedules for 4D simulations and progress tracking.
• Maintain BIM/VDC standards and conduct regular model audits.
• Evaluate new VDC tools and train project teams on best practices.
• Present VDC deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
