CBRE’s BIM Central program seeks an experienced program and project manager to own end-to-end delivery across the asset lifecycle, from planning to operations, ensuring on-time execution and quality. You will define planning discipline, manage project plans, tooling standards, and cadence of reporting, surfacing risks early and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications include 3+ years in program management, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of BIM Central projects, enforcing planning discipline and meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Own tooling and standards, defining how the team plans and works and managing project-management tooling.
• Drive end-to-end reporting, surfacing risks and program health to leadership.
• Manage operating cadence, set agendas for recurring forums, and hold owners accountable.
• Lead quarterly planning and BIM Summit planning to ensure on-time commitments.
