Job summary

CBRE in Hartford, CT seeks a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end program and project management for BIM Central, ensuring disciplined planning, on-time execution, and high-quality delivery across the asset lifecycle.

You will lead tooling standards, drive performance reporting, and manage quarterly planning and the bi-annual BIM Summit, coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own the project plans of record, and drive the team to the deadlines and quality bar — responsible for outcomes and for resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own the project-management tooling and set the standards and system of record that everyone operates within.
• Drive reporting end to end: own the data, accuracy, and delivery of all external reporting (goal updates, Flash Reports) surfacing risks and program health proactively so nothing reaches leadership by surprise.
• Drive the operating cadence: own the recurring team forums (set the agenda, drive decisions and follow-through, and hold owners accountable to their commitments).
• Drive planning: own the goal-setting and Quarterly Planning process — orchestrate inputs, drive alignment, and be accountable for the team’s commitments landing on time.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: accountable for the outcome of the bi-annual BIM Summit — agenda, content, facilitation, logistics, and results.
