Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of BIM Central initiatives. You will set planning discipline, manage project plans from recording to closure, and drive the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

In this role you will own tooling, reporting, and operating cadence, define standards, coordinate quarterly planning and the BIM Summit, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the asset lifecycle to deliver trusted building data and a strong program

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own project plans, and drive the team to deadlines and quality.
Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own the project-management tooling and standards.
Drive reporting end to end: own data accuracy and delivery of external reporting, surface risks and health.
Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums, set agenda and ensure follow-through.
Drive planning: own goal-setting and Quarterly Planning, ensure commitments land on time.
Own the BIM Summit end to end: oversee agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
