Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager in Olympia, WA to own end-to-end program and project management for BIM Central, driving planning discipline, schedules, and quality.

You will set operating cadence, manage tooling standards, drive reporting, and ensure on-time delivery across cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience, a data-driven approach, PMP preferred, and familiarity with BIM or construction tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, manage plans, ensure on-time delivery.
• Own tooling & standards: define planning methods, manage PM tooling and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: ensure data accuracy and proactive risk-based leadership updates.
• Drive the operating cadence: run recurring forums, set agendas, hold owners to commitments.
• Drive planning: lead quarterly planning and align inputs with team commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: manage agenda, content, logistics, and outcomes.
