Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler II in Charlotte, NC to provide modeling and documentation support for project delivery. You will collaborate with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit families and ensure models meet Rosendin standards.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, ability to read electrical plans, and strong collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team. This is a full-time on-site position offering growth within a shareholder-friendly, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in computerized drafting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and drafting conventions.
• Ability to read 2D plans and electrical schedules; group collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I.
• Develop Revit Families for standards or project needs with Lead Modeler.
• Model, document, and coordinate project information per Rosendin standards; set up views and filters.
