Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler II to provide modeling support for project delivery and standards. You will work with the production team to deliver accurate modeling from assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have knowledge of Revit, the ability to create views, schedules, and templates, and experience coordinating with other trades. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree in CAD drafting preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in computerized drafting is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electrical drafting conventions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify Revit models for project delivery and standards.
• Develop Revit families for standards or project needs.
• Efficiently model and document the project with Rosendin standards.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters; coordinate with field details.
• Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope; maintain progress documentation.
• Coordinate 3D models with other trades and ensure quality control.
