Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler II in Coppell, TX. The role involves providing modeling efforts for project delivery and standards, working with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit families and ensure efficient modeling and documentation from assigned tasks.

You will set up Revit views and templates, document progress, and adhere to Rosendin BIM workflows and confidentiality requirements. A minimum of 2 years in electrical drafting is expected.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred in Computerized Drafting.
• Minimum 2 years total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and drafting conventions and standards.
• Must be able to read 2D plans, including one-lines, schedules, and feeder schedules.

Responsibilities

• Model and document project scope in Revit per Rosendin standards.
• Develop Revit families for standards or project needs and lead modeling on assigned scope.
• Set up Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin standards.
• Document progress of assigned work and coordinate with Lead Modeler and project team.
• Follow REI BIM processes, confidentiality and IP protection requirements.
