Job summary

Rosendin, a leading employee-owned electrical contractor, seeks a BIM Modeler II in Charlotte, NC to join the production team. You will provide modeling and documentation from assigned tasks with minimal supervision, using Revit and related tools to support project delivery and standards.

You’ll work with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit families, set up views and templates, and coordinate with other trades.

Qualifications

• Must understand REI BIM processes, standards and workflows.
• Ability to read 2D plans electronically or in hard copy.
• Proficient in Revit, BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud and NavisWorks.

Responsibilities

• Model and document project deliverables with accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop Revit families for standards or project needs in collaboration with Lead Modeler.
• Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope and document progress.
• Setup Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin standards.
• Follow REI confidentiality and protect proprietary information.
• Coordinate with other trades in 3D coordination workflows.
