Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a BIM Modeler II in Tempe, AZ to provide modeling for project delivery and established standards. You will join the production team to deliver accurate modeling from tasks with minimal supervision.

You will develop Revit families for revised standards or project needs, model and document efficiently, and follow REI standards. Rosendin offers ownership culture and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in CAD/Drafting.
• Minimum 2 years total experience with electrical drafting basics and symbols.
• Proficient with Revit; create/modify views, sheets, schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I.
• Develop Revit families for standards or project needs.
• Model and document the project efficiently.
• Input field details into Revit per REI standards.
• Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Document progress per project standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality and IP protection requirements.
