Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation of advanced BIM workflows and ensure high-quality, coordinated deliverables across projects. You will mentor BIM staff, develop Revit templates, and drive efficiency through automation using Dynamo or scripting while collaborating with engineers and designers to meet codes and client standards.

The role requires strong Revit MEP expertise, familiarity with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and a proactive approach to staying

Qualifications

• Comprehensive BIM knowledge and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary BIM models and resolve clashes.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries.
• Create and maintain project design models and drawings using BIM/CAD.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with appropriate channels.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor and train staff in Revit and BIM best practices.
• Support design coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
