Job summary

Stantec is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead digital design delivery for complex projects in the Chandler, AZ area. You will develop and maintain Revit MEP models, manage templates, and drive BIM standards across disciplines.

Collaboration with engineers, architects, and project managers is essential to ensure coordinated, high-quality deliverables. You will mentor BIM staff, optimize workflows, and support automation using Dynamo and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum five to six years in BIM coordination or management
• Experience in consulting, design-build, or IPD environments preferred
• Certification as Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent BIM accreditation is an asset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve conflicts
• Develop and maintain Revit models, templates, and content libraries
• Conduct model audits, quality checks, and ensure compliance with BIM standards
• Mentor BIM staff and support project delivery with digital design workflows
• Support implementation of BIM standards and automation using Dynamo or scripting
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers on design coordination meetings
• Enforce standards and maintain templates and content consistency
