Job summary

Hilscher-Clarke in Pataskala, Ohio is seeking a full-time BIM Lead to plan, implement, and coordinate BIM processes on assigned projects. You will mentor a small team of BIM Modelers, enforce BEP standards, and ensure clash-free models delivered on time.

The role requires expert Revit and Navisworks Manage skills, strong coordination with design and construction teams, and the ability to drive quality, data integrity, and project delivery while upholding the company's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience delivering complex projects.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role overseeing modelers.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Construction Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the BEP and project BIM standards.
• Lead model coordination, perform clash detection, and resolve issues.
• Set up projects, templates, and a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Act as liaison between BIM team, project managers, engineers and partners.
• Oversee generation of BIM deliverables meeting LOD requirements.
• Organize BIM coordination meetings and track action items.
• Directly manage a small team of BIM Modelers.
• Perform QA/QC of models for geometry and data integrity.
• Provide mentorship and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay current with BIM trends and evaluate new tools.
