Job summary

Hilscher-Clarke is seeking a full-time BIM Modeler in Pataskala, Ohio to join our family-like team. You will model in Revit, support Trimble workflows, and collaborate on electrical BIM coordination for diverse projects.

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam is expected, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. The role includes field context visits and active clash resolution as part of ongoing coordination.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks with strong BIM coordination.
• Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and BIM360 and related software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide additional modeling horsepower to our team using Revit on a day-to-day basis.
• Conduit, electrical switchgear, panelboards, transformers, and fire alarm cabinets modeling.
• Model lighting, duct banks, and electrical raceways with accuracy and clearances.
• Support team with Trimble layout procedures and background updates to the model.
• Assist in reviewing electrical cut sheets and ensuring correct placements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and help resolve clashes.
• Create Navisworks viewpoints and export to share with the team.
• Collaborate with other BIM technicians to keep coordination on schedule.
• Visit the site to gain context for data center builds and project elements.
• Extract information from markups and translate to the BIM model for field use.
• Export Revit data to the prefabrication team and ensure alignment with field requirements.
