Job summary

IES is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Cincinnati to manage and coordinate Building Information Modeling across design, construction, and project delivery. You will ensure model accuracy, quality, and integration while supporting collaboration among project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BIM coordination or related experience in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with cloud-based BIM and project collaboration platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for construction and design projects.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve conflicts and clashes.
• Conduct model reviews and perform clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and other applicable BIM software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely model development and updates.
