Job summary

PeopleSolutions, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support complex architectural design projects. You will manage and coordinate Revit models, perform Navisworks clash detection, and help teams identify and resolve model-based design conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams, create federated models, run clash checks, and prepare coordination reports to protect architectural intent and constructability.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural BIM coordination or a similar design-focused role.
• Proficient with Revit for architectural modeling and construction-documentation production.
• Hands-on Navisworks (federated models, clash detection, issue tracking, reporting).
• Understanding of architectural design documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models with internal design teams and external consultant models.
• Use Navisworks Manage to create federated models, run clash detection, review clashes, develop viewpoints, and prepare coordination reports.
• Focus on architectural coordination items such as walls, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, stairs, elevations, room layouts, equipment clearances, accessibility, and constructability.
• Review architectural models for accuracy, completeness, graphic consistency, model health, and compliance with project BIM standards.
