Job summary

Candidates should have 3+ years in BIM leadership, strong skills with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D and Procore, and a solid grasp of design-build delivery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of BIM Manager experience or similar role.
• Experience on industrial projects with structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of design-build project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and Procore.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM execution plans, goals, standards, and protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee BIM models, clash detection, and data accuracy.
• Integrate Master Schedule into 4D simulations.
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
