Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop BIM models and support project teams across multiple locations including Bentonville and Jacksonville.

The role requires proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD, with at least five years of related experience. Travel is required, and the position emphasizes ongoing BIM training and coordination with subcontractors and owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, structural or MEP engineering, or construction management.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Proficiency in model review, clash detection, and 3D coordination software.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models per client and internal standards.
• Support project teams using all related software and revise models as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owner reps using Navisworks for clash coordination.
• Ensure BIM model accuracy and compliance with specs and contract requirements.
• Support site utilization planning and BIM implementation plans.
• Pursue ongoing training for BIM tools and educate staff on BIM.
