Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated, a leader in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy, seeks a BIM Detailer I to create and modify 2D and 3D documents for electrical and specialty systems from design through installation.

You will collaborate in a team, use Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM 360 Glue, Google Suite, Smartsheet and Excel, and communicate effectively to meet project requirements while adhering to NEC and project standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D/3D modeling and BIM workflows.
• Experience with electrical/specialty systems preferred.
• Understanding of NEC or equivalent codes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Comprehends, navigates, and utilizes design, construction, and submittal documentation.
• Understands National Electric Code and applies that understanding to modeling.
• Demonstrates layout of racks and systems with accurate parameters.
• Tracks changes and assesses impact on project scope, cost and schedule.
• Models content to exact dimensions and creates installation documentation.
• Maintains clash-free BIM environment and exports data as needed.
• Coordinates BIM clash and communicates with project stakeholders.
