Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a BIM Technician II to create and modify 2D/3D drawings for electrical and specialty system construction, from concept through installation.

The ideal candidate has strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills and is proficient with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. The role requires a BS in a related field and 3–5 years BIM experience; 5–10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or BIM Technology.
• 8 years trade or 3-5 years BIM experience.

Responsibilities

• Conforms to all expectations and responsibilities of BIM Technician 1.
• Provides feedback on established standards and processes.
• Able to understand current building techniques and trends.
• Provide forecast on assigned work with oversight of BIM support lead and/or Supervisor and completes work within estimated hours.
• Performs work to current standards with minimal technical oversight.
• Able to support multiple tasks at the same time.
• Runs clash detection, document clashes, and track through clash report.
• Mentors BIM Technician 1 team members and supports others on the team.
