Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BIM Technician II to create and modify 2D and 3D drawings from concept through installation for electrical and specialty systems.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the BIM team, be proficient with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications include a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or BIM Technology and 3–5 years BIM experience (or 8 years trade).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field as listed.
• Strong BIM background with multiple years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D/3D BIM documents through design to installation.
• Coordinate with BIM support lead and supervisor to meet hours and milestones.
• Run clash detection, document clashes, and track resolutions.
• Mentor BIM Technician 1 team members and lead smaller scopes.
• Read specifications and apply requirements to modeling work.
