Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BIM Detailer I in Wisconsin to create and modify 2D and 3D drawings for electrical and specialty systems, from concept to installation.

You will work in a team using Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, with 5+ years field/technical experience or 2-3 years software experience. Travel 5-10%; schedule 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school GED required; architecture or BIM tech preferred.
• 5 years field/technical experience or 2-3 years software experience.
• Experience with electrical and/or specialty systems modeling.
• Fundamental understanding of NEC, BICSI, or NICET codes.

Responsibilities

• Create/modify 2D/3D documents from conceptual design to installation.
• Model electrical equipment and racks with correct parameters.
• Maintain clash-free BIM environment and export NWC files.
• Follow BIM Execution Plan in modeling tasks.
• Collaborate with design teams and project stakeholders.
• Set up view filters, templates, and schedules in Revit.
• Produce assembly docs and detailed installation drawings.
