Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a seasoned Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to support transit and multimodal projects. You will coordinate models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP into a single, clash-free federated model throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include running clash detection, enforcing CADD/BIM standards, and mentoring staff while ensuring design deliverables meet client requirements and DOT criteria.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
